Originally issued in 1995, the album expands on the band’s dark, atmospheric vision, blending melodic black metal with doom-laden passages, progressive structures and cinematic storytelling. Cold, introspective and emotionally intense, Via Dolorosa is regarded as one of Ophthalamia’s most mature and immersive works. This reissue presents the album across two heavyweight LPs for enhanced depth and clarity.
