From 1978, this item is Eagles' twelfth BILLBOARD TOP 40 hit, which reached the #18 position in December of that year -- "Please Come Home For Christmas / Funky New Year", Asylum 45555, 7", 45 RPM in a Picture Sleeve.
Old store stock copy. The record is in a beautiful NEAR MINT~UNPLAYED condition with its original shiny/glossy, mirror-like playing surface. The labels are in MINT condition. The Picture Sleeve is in a nice NEAR MINT condition with only the very slightest hint of any wear, if at all. The Picture Sleeve is nice and flat with absolutely no tears, creases, writing, stickers, stamps, staple holes or seam splits.
ALL my 45 RPM's and Picture Sleeves are housed in their own individual 7" protective plastic sleeves. In the case of a 45 RPM having a Picture Sleeve the 45 RPM is housed in a 7" white paper sleeve. My 45 RPM's have been kept separate from their Picture Sleeves since I purchased them. Also, in most cases where there is not a Picture Sleeve, my 45 RPM's are housed in their original company paper sleeve.
