About our used tire inspections:

• All of our used tires will be visually inspected, water checked, and pressure tested by our professional staff prior to shipping. If needed the tire will be repaired by the industry approved method using a tire patch or a tire plug.
• Sidewalls will also be carefully inspected and guarantee there will not be any sidewall repairs.
• Most of our used tires will have cosmetic imperfections and will not look brand new.

• An evenly worn tired tread cannot be guaranteed due to unknown previous driving conditions.
• The tread depth is inspected by one of our professionals using a tread depth gauge (as seen on picture).

Shipping and handling:

• Orders placed before 7 AM PST will be shipped out the same day as ordered. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day. We ship out on Monday through Friday.
• Shipping is via UPS

• We ship to 48 continental states only
• We DO NOT ship to PO box or APO

Return policy:

We offer a 30 day return on any non-usable or not represented correctly tire that was sold by Oem Used Auto Parts. Please contact us prior to starting a return request or opening a case thru eBay as we will help and or guide you thru any issues you may have.

We guarantee that the tire purchased from OEM Used Auto Parts can be installed if it is done by a certified professional. If there is an issue with the installation of the tire you purchased from us, please contact us immediately so that the issue can be resolved. OEM Used Auto Parts is not an authorized reseller for any tire company, so any and all manufacturer warranties does not apply and will not be recognized by our company.
