Based on the popular Epiphone Inspired by Gibson Custom Collection, this exclusive model features a beautiful Quilt Maple for the body top veneer and is finished in "Cobra Burst," a high-demand color known for showcasing the wood grain in Custom Shop models! This is a special Les Paul Custom realized through the close relationship between Epiphone and Gibson Custom.
The guitar features a Solid Mahogany Body with a Maple Top overlaid with a Quilt Maple Veneer. The 1-Piece Mahogany Neck has a 60s Rounded C profile. The bound Ebony Fingerboard is adorned with shimmering Mother of Pearl Block position inlays. A Long Neck Tenon is adopted to maximize sustain.
The headstock features the original Gibson "openbook" shape, decorated with a Custom Split Diamond inlay on the front and engraved with the "Inspired by Gibson Custom" logo on the back. Other features include Gold Hardware and multi-ply body and headstock binding, consistent with the traditional specifications of the Les Paul Custom.
It is equipped with Gibson USA 490R (neck) / 498T (bridge) pickups, which are often used in USA-made Les Paul Customs, providing a refined sound capable of covering everything from smooth clean tones to hard drive sounds. Furthermore, the electronics boast enhanced specifications including CTS Potentiometers, Mallory Capacitors, and Switchcraft selector switch and output jack.
A Hardshell Case with the Inspired by Gibson Custom logo is included.
