This paperweight is on a Sebastian Miniature Midwest Fair Medallion design.  It is formed into beautiful glass paperweights by Joe Rice of the House of Glass, Inc (Elwood, IN).  It commemorates the Midwest Sebastian Fair and was available for $100 each.  Note:  The glass is basically clear.  The light color you see in the photo is basically the carpeting that the paperweight was photographed on.
