Fotodiox Pro PT645-EOS adapter. Adapts any Pentax 645 lens to any Canon EF or EF-S body. 

When this adapter is used, the Pentax 645 lens can be used in manual-focus mode with stopped-down TTL metering. Due to the crop factor, the focal length of the Pentax 645 lens will be multiplied by ~1.6x.

Because there are literally no lens elements (this thing is a fancy metal tube), this adapter is in optically perfect condition and cannot affect the quality of your image.
