offer a 60-day return-to-base guarantee covering mechanical and
electrical breakdowns for the equipment purchased. This coverage
includes parts, labour, and return courier costs (including VAT) during
standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM). This guarantee
is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined in your
policy, which can be provided upon request. Please note that laptop
batteries are covered for 30 days from the purchase date. For further
