Refunds are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the card for any reason, so long as it is returned in the condition sent. If I make an error or it is damaged in shipping, I will cover a return or replacement. Orders under $20 AND under 12 cards will be shipped in a standard envelope with USPS first class tracking.
Orders over $20 OR 12 or more cards will be shipped in a bubble mailer with USPS first class tracking.
I do same day shipping if order is placed before 5pm eastern standard time. Thanks to eBay's new Standard Envelope (which is still USPS first class), now EVERY ORDER has tracking. Even one $0.99 card!
