We can't personally deliver your package, so we allow an experienced carrier to deliver your items.
The heavier and bigger it is, the more the shipping costs will be.
A handful of our items are too big or awkward to ship, so they must be picked up in person.
If you believe the shipping costs are too high, please know that the carrier determines what those costs are.
We try very hard to keep shipping the same cost as the carrier charges us.
We do the work to find the items, store them lovingly, pack and ship them, and only charge you the fair value of the items - so we eat the cost of supplies and storage, so things can be delivered affordably to your door.
We don't offer free shipping because no one but huge corporations actually do.
It may look like a seller is offering free shipping, but if it's a real person they have likely added the shipping into the price of the item, which drives up the cost of items in general.
We also don't offer free shipping because you pay sales tax on the shipping when it's supposedly free.
So we're actually saving you a little bit of money.
We want to keep our buyers happy and coming back.
We photograph everything honestly so you know exactly what you're getting.
We're not professional photographers or Antiques Roadshow style experts on everything.
If you don't see an angle photographed, just ask. We're happy to take additional photos for you.
We respond promptly, unlike a corporation that might get back to you weeks later.

We specialize in older, harder to find shoes/clothing unlike big box retailers that will allow you to try on and then send back the latest fast fashions.
We want your clothes to last, so we only hunt for and purchase quality gently used clothing (unless otherwise specified).
We're not a mega retailer that deals in huge volume - we find and sell one item at a time.
We quality check each item, but we're not manufacturers, so if you're unhappy with the quality - you can return an item for a refund, but you will pay return shipping costs.
We don't warranty, repair or refurbish anything we sell - you would have to reach out to the manufacturer for that.
If an item says "tested" it means it has been run through its typical operating cycle one time and then shipped to you.
We cannot guarantee the lifespan of a product - only the manufacturer can do that.
We only sell items that we believe have a lot of life left in them, or items that are highly collectible in various conditions.
Please research items you are interested in before you commit to buying them, and ask any questions before purchasing.
Once an item is dropped off with the carrier, we no longer own it - it's now yours.
If the carrier damages or fails to deliver the item, a claim must be made through said carrier for any losses - we will provide you with any information we have that can help you process your claim (like receipt numbers, tracking numbers, etc.)
We are not responsible for theft after delivery.
If returning an item, item must be returned within eBay return window.
Please inspect your items soon after they are delivered - if you want to return something and don't do it promptly, your refund will take longer.
If you change your mind while the item is in transit, eBay does not permit cancellation until after the item is delivered.
Refunds are not initiated until the item is back at our store.
We are not liable for any failure on the part of the carrier - you must seek a claim through them if something is damaged, greatly delayed, lost in transit, misdelivered, etc.
