If the device you purchased is found to have defects or problems, we will be happy to provide replacement parts and returns within 30 days of receiving delivery. If you need to return a defective device, please contact us directly so that our customer service can purchase a return label. We do not recommend opening a return request because the processing time for ebey is relatively slow. Once the warehouse receives and verifies the item, they will refund you and send replacement parts.
