This is a genuine OEM crankshaft assembly for a 1994 Suzuki RM 250. Part number 12200-28E10.

This part is damaged. There are scratches, blemishes, and corrosion (as seen in the pictures). The rod bearing is worn out, with vertical play, and will need to be replaced. The threads have been tested, and are good. There appears to be some wear on the bearing surfaces, specifically on the stator side (shown in the last picture). This part will require a rebuild.
