Shipping & Handling

We guarantee to ship within 3 days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). We normally ship each order using the most economic service for the customer.

We offer free worldwide shipping via ePacket (Thailand Post) on all orders. Your parcel will be dispatched within 3 days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays), and delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

If you prefer express delivery, In the USA we also offer FedEx International Priority Service for a flat rate of $30 USD. This option usually arrives within 2–5 business days.

If you prefer express delivery, Outside of the USA we also offer UPS Worldwide Expedited for a flat rate of $30 USD. This option usually arrives within 2–5 business days.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the damage was caused by us (the seller) once the order has been shipped. This policy is in place because every item is made and finished individually, and we cannot resell returned jewelry for hygiene and quality reasons.
