①This machine can use both 110V single-phase power supply and 220V single-phase power supply. ②In the case of 220V power supply, the material handling efficiency of the machine is about twice that of 110V power supply. ③The controller must be set to E50 to work properly, please do not set to E100! ④Be sure to install the four rubber foot pads before use, otherwise it will affect the efficiency of material handling. |

Shock Absorber
Front and rear shock absorbers made of thickened resin with good elasticity and toughness, not easy to break, long service life.

Feeding Chute
15.7”x 3.1”oversized feeding trough made of thickened 201 stainless steel, uniform feeding, low loss, high efficiency.
Electromagnet
High-quality silicon steel sheet and pure copper coil, resonance principle, low power consumption, durable, high feeding accuracy.
Control Unit
High/low frequency gears, easy operation, wall-mountable, aluminum alloy housing, lightweight with short circuit protection.

- Small size, light weight, reasonable center of gravity, simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance. - The material flow can be changed and opened and closed instantaneously, so the feeding precision is high. - Using the resonance principle, the double mass works in a low critical near-resonance state, so the power consumption is low. - Using thyristor half-wave rectifier circuit, the feeding amount can be adjusted steplessly. - Since the material in the feeding trough is in a jumping motion, the wear on the feeding trough is very small. - This series of feeders are not suitable for materials above 300°C and places with explosion-proof requirements. |
