Please Note:
• These shoes are overstock items that were never sold in retail stores. These are all original boxes, however boxes may be damaged enroute. Our shoes are all custom made directly from Clarks, makes them truly unique.

• The shoe size shown in any photos is not the actual size of the pair you will receive. The correct size is always listed in both the title and the item description. We carry multiple pairs of the same style in different sizes, so we use one set of photos for all.

• Colors may appear slightly different in photos. We take all photos ourselves, but lighting can affect how colors display. The color listed in the title and description reflects how we see it in person. We also include as much information as possible so you can research size, color, heel height, and other details if needed.

• Shipping: Your order will be shipped in either a polybag outside the shoes box, depending on the shoe’s weight. For new-in-box items, we will do our best to ship them inside an additional box, though some may ship in their original box depending on size. We will ship either USPS ground advantage or UPS/FedEX ground, which ever is least expensive. 

• Returns: All returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags, boxes, and with no signs of wear.
