TIPS
. Before operation, it is necessary to ensure that the jaw is installed properly, the fixing pin is fully inserted, and the fixing pin handle is rotated to tightly adhere to the body and lock in place. If the fixing pin is not inserted fully or the handle of the fixing pin is not rotated fully before operation, it will cause the clamp head to deform.

. Basic warranty period 2-YEAR/20000times Limited Warranty
. What is covered?
This tool is operated for the designated purpose and maintained normally. Our company provides 24 months or 20000 uses since the date of purchasing or manufacture. If a valid receipt is not available, the 2 year limited warranty period begins from the date of manufacture on originally purchased equipment. ZUPPER TOOLS or authorized after-sales service center will repair the tools in free charge.
. What is not covered?
1. Any normal noise, vibration, discoloration, stains, etc. caused by natural wear and tear. (For example, surface wear after crimping, the surface of the cutting blade is worn, scratched, etc. after cutting.
2. Any malfunction caused by foreign objects (commonly found in sand, iron filings, water vapor, etc.) entering the tool (commonly seen in motors or the circuit board is burnt out.)
3. Any damage caused by the use of low-priced and inferior accessories. (For example, using molds, blades that do not meet our company's standards batteries, etc.)
4. Any damage caused by improper carrying, transportation, or storage. (For example, being exposed to sunlight and rain, soaking in water, gas liquid corrosion)
5. Any product that has been disassembled repaired, replaced or modified at will.
6. Any damage caused by improper use, exceeding the scope of tool use, and not following the instructions for use and maintenance.
. The warranty period for the battery and charger are different from the basic warranty period mentioned above:
1. The battery is a consumable part. The warranty period for the original battery of the ZUPPER tool is 12 months.
Lithium batteries exhibit self-consumption, which the maximum storage period for fully charged storage is 12 months, and lithium batteries need to be fully charged every 6 months.
2. A lithium battery due to prolonged storage causing battery loss and failure is not covered by the warranty.
3. The charger provides a warranty period of 12 months.
