This is the same fan used in many Dell 160W OptiPlex SFF system power supply (Dell PN U5427, 3N200). If your power supply’s fan has the same part and is making noise or is not turning, you can replace your old fan and get your power supply back to work again. Compatible with fan PN AD0612MS-D70GL.
Please ensure that your power supply is still in good working condition and only having problem with the fan not turning or having noise. Otherwise changing this fan is not going to make your power supply work.
