Shipping

1. Most of our orders ship within 1 business day of being placed.  We ship our products primarily through UPS Ground.
2. Delivery is not available to P.O. Box and the states of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
3. Most of our products ship UPS Ground or Home, but some larger items (such as rattan furniture sets) do ship UPS LTL (Freight) and can take up to 6 business days to arrive from the time the product ships.  These shipments will need to be scheduled for an appointment to deliver by the local UPS facility when it arrives in your area (the appointment will need to be scheduled within three days from their first contact attempt).  Someone must be present to take delivery of LTL shipments and sign for the delivery (drivers only offload the product into the driveway;  any additional help by the driver including a lift-gate will require an additional charge).
4. We can only ship your order to the PayPal verified address given to us at the time you checkout on eBay.  Please verify that this address is the correct one you wish to have your package sent to.  If an address change is needed you will be responsible for any fees associated.
5. If UPS cannot deliver it for any reason (including they cannot reach you with the telephone number provided in the order or there is no phone number in the order), it will be re-consigned back to our warehouse and treated as a refused package where the order will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee.

Payment

1. We accept online payment.
2. All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor PayPal.(* If you use e-check on PayPal, delivery may take longer, as we will hold your order until your e-check clear)
3. Payment must be received within 7 business days of auction closing.
4. Please make sure your PayPal and eBay address is correct. If not, please correct it before payment. Thank you.
5. Custom duties, taxes, or charges are not included in the cost you pay to us.
6. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/ buying.

Return Policy

1. If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 30 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact me before you return it.
2. Defective items Must Be reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your eBay ID.
3. We act as a responsible seller; we are willing to actively undertake the following responsibilities:
   a. The item is lost during transit;
   b. The item is damaged during transport;
   c. Due to our work errors, transporting the wrong items to the buyer;
   d. The item in the actual use of the process of quality problems.
