Arita Ware Bunzan Kiln "Gold Peony" Coffee Cup & Saucer

Experience a blissful coffee time with the "Gold Peony," a masterpiece that blooms on your table.

This is a signature item from "Bunzan Kiln" (Bunzan-gama), a renowned kiln in Arita, Japan. It is a long-selling masterpiece that has been loved for many years. The gorgeous "Gold Peony" design is a timeless classic that brings elegance to any occasion.

[Features & Charm]

• "Icchin" Technique (Hand-squeezed Relief) Using a unique technique called "Icchin," the peony petals are drawn by squeezing out clay paste, creating a beautiful 3D relief texture that you can feel with your fingers. The shadows created by the light give the cup a rich expression.

• Luxurious "Gold" Finish (Kinsai) Real gold is lavishly used on the rim and the peony flower. It shines elegantly under the light, adding a touch of luxury to your tea time.

• "Rinka" Shape (Flower Rim) The rim of the cup is shaped like a flower petal (Rinka). It is not only visually stunning but also designed to fit comfortably against your lips.

Perfect for your relaxing time, or as a special hospitality for guests. It is also highly recommended as a gift for anniversaries, weddings, or for anyone who appreciates fine Japanese pottery.
