The Full Art cards have a 1/10 population from what is on the card. 

For example, Oriental Bay Owl card says Population 10,000 so there are only 1000 of the Full Art card worldwide.

All cards are pack fresh and put straight into a penny sleeve. 

Cards will be posted in the penny sleeve and a toploader too for added protection!
