This is a very chic dress from Jernat of Italy  - the tag shows 18, but we believe it would fit 14-16.  It has 3/4" sleeves with a shawl collar and a low v-neck, with 4 buttons (2 are decorative).  100% wool.  46" long (from neck to hem); 19.5" from neck to waist.  Waist elastic needs to be replaced, so the measurement is difficult. 25" across the bottom (measured in the back between side seams); bust is 21" plus (based on blouson style of dress).  See the main photo for an idea of what the waist will look like with appropriate elastic.  There is very deep 3" hem.
