  • Correct Connection: Always connect the RED clamp to the battery POSITIVE (+) terminal and the BLACK clamp to the NEGATIVE (-) terminal. Ensure connections are secure and the relay is fully seated in the socket.

  • Device Limitations: This tester is NOT compatible with Solid State Relays (SSR). It is designed for standard electromechanical relays only. Do not use with relays exceeding 24V or high-current contactors.

  • Operational Environment: Avoid use in damp, extremely hot (above 60°C), or flammable environments. Do not touch relay pins during testing.
