A 7 inch tall cylinder-shaped nice TURQUOISE AQUA MARINE colored antique BLOB TOP soda bottle from WILBER NEBRASKA. This is a FULLY EMBOSSED bottle, the embossing runs vertically and covers one side. This bottle is filled with tiny microscopic bubble! This is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE hand Blown Into Mold bottle (BIM) with a BLOB TOP, ca. late 1800s.

Bottle embossed: "WILBER / BOTTLING WORKS / WILBER, NEB."
Base embossing: There is NO embossing on the base.
Condition: Bottle is in GOOD CLEAN condition. It has minimal wear or haze, NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc. PLEASE see pictures for overall idea of condition and appearance.
Age: An ORIGINAL ANTIQUE hand-blown bottle (Blown-In-Mold = BIM) with a tooled HUTCHINSON top, ca. late 1800's.

Wilber was/is a very small town in SE Nebraska, yet here is a FULLY EMBOSSED BLOB TOP soda bottle from Wilber. This bottle stands up but it has a SEMI ROUND BASE; it lies down better than it stands up. It is not a Hutchinson soda bottle but the older, much more desirable BLOB TOP bottle. It probably came filled with GINGER ALE or some other early carbonated beverage, thus the semi round base. This way the bottle would lie down and keep the cork moist, thus keeping the beverage carbonated. Sorry if the price is too high but a blob top soda embossed from a small Nebraska town could be extremely rare, so please , don't get mad, just just MAKE AN OFFER if this price is ridiculous. I do know that a rare small town blob top soda from where we live (MONTANA) would be worth every bit of this asking price, thus the high price, but not sure about Nebraska, check it out!
