Why can't my device read the memory card that I bought myself after I inserted it? How can I solve this problem?
The memory card must be in the FAT32 format. The included 64GB memory cards is pre-formatted to FAT32 format. If you are using other memory card, ensure it is FAT32 format. Non-FAT32 cards can be reformatted by a computer or the player.
