Shipping costs are determined by the package carrier based on weight, size, and shape of the package.

 

Note:  Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5 PM, Monday – Friday.  Department 27 is closed on Saturday and Sunday. We ship daily Monday – Friday. Orders placed late Friday or on weekends will ship the next business day, usually Monday except in the case of holidays. Every effort is made to ship items within 24 hours (1 BUSINESS DAY) of receipt of payment.

 

 

*Shipping Note: On January 18, 2026, Significant USPS rate increases went into effect. The average cost of ground and Priority mail services increased by 6-7.8%. To offset this cost, Department 27 has adjusted its pricing by an increase of only 3-5%. Unfortunately, these increases are unavoidable, but it remains our goal to offer quality goods at competitive below-retail prices. For this reason, only a portion of the postage rate increases are passed on to our customers.
