A 3 3/4 inch tall cylinder-shaped beautiful LIGHT YELLOW AMBER colored antique druggist bottle from PORTLAND MAINEThis is a nice example, filled with wavy whittle marks and tiny bubbles.  It is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE hand Blown Into Mold bottle (BIM) with a tooled top, ca. late 1800's.

A great looking and scarce COLORED bottle.   You often see the clear GEORGE FRYE old bottles but this is the first colored bottle of his we've ever seen.  It would fit into the category of colored pharmacy bottles, a very active category of bottle collecting.  It probably carried a BROMO SELTZER type medicine.  Any colored pharmacy bottle is a good one, check it out!
