The practical meaning of this book is that young people have a broad understanding of military service and military affairs, as well as skills in handling weapons, which is one of the main components of the state's mobilization capabilities .
The title "начальная военная подготовка" translates to "basic military training" and even if you don't read Russian, this book is cool for the extensive amount of graphics!
