Orange O Bass 4-String Bass Guitar w/ Gig Bag – Orange

After an acclaimed initial run in 2015, the Orange O Bass returns with refinements big and small. It keeps the classic single-cutaway body and the split-coil pickup positioned further toward the neck than most basses for a deep, warm growl, with tone options ranging from Motown warmth to gritty rock ’n’ roll grind to laid-back dub and reggae. New for 2022: binding around the whole instrument for a premium feel, a matching black headstock on both finishes, an okoumé body, and a purpleheart fretboard for improved balance and playability, whether played standing or seated. The O Bass started out with far more personality, adaptability and good looks than is strictly fair to the competition. Features: Split-coil pickup positioned toward the neck for a deep, warm growl Okoumé body with new all-round binding for a premium feel Purpleheart fretboard for improved balance and playability Designed in-house by Orange Technical Director Adrian Emsley Includes padded gig bag with printed Orange logo Alternative 3-ply scratchplate included Specifications: Construction: 4-String Fretted Single Cutaway, Bolt-On Neck: Maple with Dual-Action Truss Rod Electronics: 1 × Custom-Wound Split-Coil Humbucker Controls: Master Tone and Master Volume Hardware: Nickel Top-Loading 4-Saddle Bridge, Open-Gear Tuners
