➤ Remember to add your text exactly how you wish for us to engrave (case and grammar sensitive). Spaces count as characters.

• Please note, your images will be resized to fit small engraving areas. If your artwork or handwriting includes very fine lines or intricate details, some of these may appear softer or less visible once reduced.

• If you’re unsure how your image will appear, feel free to contact me before placing your order — I’m happy to take a quick look and advise.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge that production follows our fast turnaround and standard quality checks (ensuring no double lines or vibration marks occur during engraving). We cannot guarantee that extremely fine details will appear in the final result.

• If you’d like us to enhance or adjust your image for improved engraving clarity, this can be arranged through a custom listing for an additional charge.

Each engraved item is uniquely created to order, making it personal and one-of-a-kind. For this reason, cancellations are not possible once the engraving process has begun. Please take a moment to double-check the details you submit before completing your purchase.

As these products are individually customised, standard returns are not accepted unless you are purchasing a blank, unengraved item — in which case the standard 30-day return policy applies.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will happily arrange a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

• UK & International Orders:

Any delivery-related damages must be reported within 30 days of receipt. After this time, we’re unable to replace or refund the item. Please include clear photographs of any damage either in a direct Etsy message or via email (address provided upon request).

• Mail Forwarding Addresses:

If you use a forwarding service for your order (either within the UK or internationally), our responsibility and coverage extend only up to the point the parcel leaves the UK or reaches the UK forwarding address you provided. For full protection and tracking, we recommend using our standard shipping directly to your final destination address.
