Someone, likely the original owner, took this book along on deployment and made neat notes of what ships they encountered. There are 5 notes under Australia, 20 in the UK, 14 in the USA and one each in Canada and New Zealand. There may be others. See the USA and UK pics for examples. Other than that, the book is solid and in quite nice condition. The covers are bright and tight, just a little rubbed at the extremes.
