Postage: We ship items usually the same day of purchase, your delivery time will depend on the service used. Expect your order within 4 to 6 working days. however you may wish to upgrade this by paying the extra postage charges. Whilst couriers usually deliver next day, it is not guaranteed. For a guaranteed next day service please use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man may experience a short delay due to remote locations, sometimes next day delivery is not possible. We can not give next day delivery by courier for Channel Islands or Northern Ireland.

Returns: We are sure that you will love your purchase however: If you wish to return your purchase because you have changed your mind please return it to us within 30 days in a un-used and resalable condition. We will refund you the item price less P&P charges, you are responsible for the return postage charges. If we make an error, we will refund your item price in full and also the P&P but please get in touch with us before you return the items or leave any feedback.
