This is black -colored Saraifo* veneer. This wooden veneer is pressed out of many fine real wood slats under several production processes (E1) and then processed into this flat veneer. Furniels are only available as raw material in the raw cut!

These wood veneers are only in the raw cut, The veneers back are laminated/reinforced with a black fleece. Simple processing, increased flexibility and lower risk of breakage are only three advantages of it! Raw cut/raw material means not yet 100% precisely cut side/edges.  The veneer with fleece is simply processed like any other veneer (glued, ironed, pressed ...) and comes/remains on the lower or back, veneer leaf is delivered without glue.

The veneer leaves serve only as raw material/starting material for many different applications such as for DIY projects, hobbyists, jewelry, inlays, artists, furniture parts, and all possible craftsmen, designers or creative hands and still needs to be processed and processed yourself! In general, you should always plan enough blends into your project, and you should never expect the maximum width & length specified here! The edges/sides can still be a bit frayed, or every now and then a fine hairline cracks occur at the end. The dimensions are given with minimal and maximum values. Color is black and becomes intense/darker or intensely black after treating the surface - not brownish! The photos were taken from a sheet of 63cm!
