Vintage 80s party dress with black velvet bodice and full gray  taffeta skirt.  The black velvet bodice has puffy padded shoulders and a "V" neckline in the back.  The long sleeves taper toward the cuffs and close with snaps.  There is a metal zipper down the back.

The gray taffeta skirt is full.  There is a gray cummerbund that runs diagonally down the waist with a taffeta flower to one side.  There is a large glass faceted stone in the center of the flower.
