Large 4 spoke handwheel of the type seen on some early blacksmith drills and other vintage machine tools. Tip to tip is 22 inches. Mounting hole is 1 inch. 1 1/2 inches thick at hub.  Actual weight is 10 lbs Would serve as an interesting table base for a project.
