Vintage Plastic Death Star Wars Ornament with Metal Ring 1.75" dia. Unbranded

I don't know much about this ornament.  It was in a box with star wars toys from the 90's.  there is no makers marks.  I  Googled but couldn't find one quite like it.  Its simple plastic with a top metal hanger ring Plastic is in good condition as shown. 

 Metal top ring has a little rust on it as shown.
