Our bread is crafted fresh using natural sourdough starter for a rich, slightly tangy depth of flavor you won’t find anywhere else.
Each Loaf is approx 1150g
Ingredients: Sourdough Starter, BreadFlour, Himalayan Salt, Water.
Benefits: Sourdough bread is often easier to digest and more nutritious than conventional bread due to its unique fermentation process using wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria. The beneficial qualities of sourdough come from this natural process, not from added commercial yeast or chemicals.
