Installation Guide:

- Confirm that the CV axle is the correct fit for your specific Yamaha model by cross-referencing the OE numbers: YAM7015, ATVYA8331, 4108002, PAXL1104HD, PAXL1104.
- Raise the vehicle safely and ensure it is securely supported before beginning work on axle replacement.
- Remove the wheel on the rear side where the axle needs to be installed for better access.
- Detach the axle nut using appropriate tools and carefully disconnect the existing CV axle.
- Fit the new CV axle, aligning it with the spline counts as specified, and secure the axle nut provided.
- Reattach the wheel and lower the vehicle before conducting a test drive to ensure proper installation.


Important Notes:

- Verify vehicle compatibility and part fitment before purchase to prevent installation issues.
- Installation should be performed by a qualified technician to avoid damage or voiding of warranty.
- This product does not include an ABS ring; ensure any necessary ABS components are sourced separately if required by your vehicle.

How to Replace a CV Axle:

1. Removing the Vehicle’s hubcap，hubcap，axle nut

2. Jack up the appropriate side of the vehicle with jack stands

3. Removing the Wheel and Brake Assembly
Disassemble the wheel
Disassemble the brake caliper
Unbolt the outer tie rod from steering knuckle
Unbolt the hub from the strut tower

4. Remove and Replacing the CV Axle
Pry the CV joint. use a small pry bar or sturdy flathead screwdriver to pry the axle from the joint.  replace the faulty axle.
