Book is in good condition. The covers and spine have a lot of wear, have some (if any) creases/scratches/scuffs/marks/dirty, there is a large piece of masking tape on the cover with writing and a little part of it is ripped off along with the cover, and some of the corners/edges are peeling up. The inside looks good.
