This is a new Sterling Christmas Wreath pendant with 3 rhinestones in red and green. It is on a SilverMoon card and I believe it to be the original card it came on. I acquired this at an Estate sale. On the back it is marked "Sterling". Pendant measures 1.5" long and does not come with a chain.
