This item is brand new and has never been used.

However, I listed it as “Used” because it is missing two small rubber pads that normally go on the bottom. These rubber pads are only meant to prevent the item from sliding or moving on a surface. They do not affect the functionality of the item in any way.

Other than that, the item is in excellent cosmetic condition and has been very well kept.
