Book is in good condition. The covers and spine have a lot of wear, have some (if any) scratches/scuffs/marks/dirty, there is fading, and some of the corners/edges are dented and/or worn through. There is writing on the inside front cover, I think the inside of this book has gotten wet at some point because the pages are a little stiff, there are some pages with small rips in them, and the binding is starting to seperate in a couple places (it's still in-tact), the rest of the inside looks okay.
