Smooth glass on the inside with scalloped controlled lines and bubbles appearance on the outside with an irregular top edge gives it an almost shell type look. Finished with a pearled white silvery type paint that would catch any mermaids eye. Condition is great, but there are a few small spots where the paint is chipped from use. See pictures for detail.
