This is a Pre War Lucas Brass Divers Helmet Lamp and bulb holder, type B210. It only has one clear lens, the red lens is chipped. Diameter of lenses/holes: Large: 2,3/16", small clear 1,1/8", other hole: 1,1/2".  Very approx spear diameter: 2,3/4". Made by Joseph Lucas. Made in Birmingham, England.
