This etched glass commemorating the 50th Anniversary of The Wizard of Oz was produced by the Libbey Glass Co. in 1989. It is their "heavy bottomed" line of commercial glassware. 

The glass is in pre-owned condition and does show some light scuffing typical of normal usage. There are no cracks or chips.
