For your consideration is this Electric Amber Old Imperial Carnival Glass Open Rose Pattern Plate.

Imperial Glass made some awesome electric iridized glass. Most people think it is contemporary but this plate is not, it is vintage Carnival.The plate has awesome color and it is not signed. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks, see photos. The plate measures 9 inches wide and 1 3/8 inches tall. See photos.
