2016 Gibson Les Paul Standard Flame Top, in Cherry Sunburst because, what else, right??  I fell in love with the CHSB back in the `70s when I first saw Ace Frehley with one.  Includes original hardshell case, no mods, all original.  The case has a few minor clearcoat scratches because I actually used this guitar at gigs, but it functions perfectly fine.  I regret selling this, but my Rock gig days are sadly over & I don't play electric at home enough to warrant having a great guitar like this collecting dust all but maybe 4 nights a year.  I've got cheaper guitars to keep my chops up. 

I will ship within 3 business days of my receipt of payment via Fed Ex Ground/Home Delivery assuming that it's a confirmed delivery address on your account & the payment isn't being held for clearance for some reason.  Will ship via express delivery for an additional fee on a case-by-case basis depending on the item & you paying the extra cost.  Will only ship within the USA 48.

I am an American-born USA Seller and all my items are personally owned by me & currently located in & being shipped from my home in Alabama.  No waiting 10 to 20 days to get an item from a seller who claims the item is in the USA and is actually coming from China, nor having to return it to China when it isn't right, or having a seller who can't speak English well (if at all) & replies 2 to 3 days later (if ever) and has tons of negative feedback remarks.

If you have a problem with the item, contact me first, not eBay, and it must be within 24 hours of the receipt of your item.  eBay will tell you to contact me first also.  I don't need the money generated by these sales as they are strictly personal items I have decided to sell to get them out of my home or storage space, so I will gladly work with you if you need help & gladly refund any DOA items with no argument if reported within 24 hours of your receipt of the item.  I do not resell items for profit; on all of these items, I was either given the item by gift & liquidating it for cash, or I'm selling it for way below what I paid for it.  No trades considered.

Items by this seller are sold in as-is condition with no warranty & no right to cancel the sale & no refunds/returns/refusals/exchanges unless item is reported to be DOA within 24 hours of your receipt of same to Seller.  Examine the package first & do not open if the package is damaged & call the courier & message Seller to report the damage within 24 hours of your receipt of the item before opening & take pics of the box damage & of the item damage, if any.  Seller is not responsible for any minor errors in the description or minor errors in the description of the item condition.  No guarantees that all parts of the item are original or haven't been repaired/replaced, but no items are fraudulent knockoff brands.  No guarantee is made of the usefulness, utility or satisfaction of any item.  Buyer must pay for shipping both ways on returned item.  Do not return items without requesting authorization & an RMA from the seller or the item will not be accepted by us.
