This is a very nice example of one of a series of chromo lithograph color plates prepared by (we believe) the London Illustrated News in 1897 to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria.  This particular print is Plate number 5 in the series, and it features scenes from the christening of the Queen.  As noted, the print has some crinkling of paper and age-related wear, but overall looks great.  It measures 16 inches high by 12 inches across.
