The stretcher allows for evacuation in the classic way, carrying it by the handles (three handles on each side and one on the ends), and it can also be used as a drag - to drag the wounded person along the ground/snow/sand like on a sled. The length of the evacuation belt is 3 m, evacuation can be carried out by one or two people. When using the stretcher as a drag, the wounded person's arms must be fixed with ties in the chest/abdomen area to reduce the width of the body. At the same time, the wounded person is immobilized, his arms, legs and head are fixed and do not drag on the ground. The plastic creates a rigid base and allows the wounded person to be transported in a horizontal position, which is important for spinal and pelvic injuries. To prevent the handle tape from digging into the hand, a frost-resistant PVC pipe is put on it (does not crack in the cold). The plastic is also not afraid of low temperatures and retains its properties at temperatures from -70 to +150. The stretcher's compact size and light weight allow it to be attached to equipment (for example, to the bottom of a backpack).
