**AS-IS** Don't know any history of this tool. Don't even have battery to test it! That's exactly how I got it and that's how i'm selling it. Indeed seems like somebody tried to open this tool as you can see screws are not fully tight. Seems like a good item for parts if you are in process of repairing your existing tool. See pics of actual item, what you see is all you get...NO RETURNS!
