- The Central Picture Shows An Elephant With Howdah, Palm Trees, A River With A Covered Boat Pulled Up To Shore And A Cenotaph Or Temple With Two Minarets In The Background
- The Edge Of The Plate Features A Wreath Of Heavy Dark Scrolls And Small White Five-Petaled Flowers - The Rim Is Decorated With Swags Of Lace, Which Each Surround One Or Two Flowers - These Lace Swags Are The Distinctive Feature Of This Pattern - Small Springs And Flowers Encircle The Well Of The Plate - Garland Decoration Border
- 9" Diameter x 7/8" Tall
- Used - AS IS CONDITION - THE PLATE HAS EXTENSIVE DAMAGE AND REPAIRS
- There is a large 9" crack through the center of the plate, which has been glued by a previous owner - Additionally, there are two hairlines in the center of the plate, each 1 3/4" long
- There is a large 3/4" chip along the top edge
- There are numerous small spots of thin glaze around the edges, where the earthenware underneath the glaze is exposed - This appears to be a mixture of factory flaws and wear from handling - These spots occur almost exclusively around the outside edge/rim of the plate and on the inside rim/well of the plate
- Some scratches, scuffs and utensil marks in the glaze
- Some light crazing, browning and oxidation in the glaze
