Vintage Men’s Benrus 21 Jewel 32mm 14k Gold Case Wrist Watch This is a vintage Benrus men’s wristwatch featuring a classic 32mm round 14k yellow gold case and a clean silver-tone dial with minimalist gold markers. The watch is powered by a 21-jewel manual-wind movement and includes a small seconds subdial at the 6 o’clock position. The piece has a timeless mid-century design and retains its original vintage character. The watch is fitted with a black leather strap.The watch winds, sets, and is running at the time of listing, though accuracy and long-term performance have not been tested. A great example of a mid-century American-made gold dress watch.
Condition Report - The dial displays even aging, spotting, and patina throughout, consistent with vintage Benrus watches of this era. Hands show minor oxidation. The acrylic crystal has surface scratches and general wear but remains intact with no major cracks. The 14k yellow gold case has visible surface wear, scratches, and tarnish from age and use, particularly around the bezel. Lugs are straight and secure. The caseback is correctly stamped BENRUS 14K GOLD along with the serial number. The leather strap is worn with creasing and edge wear but still functional.The movement is running at the time of inspection, though it may benefit from a standard cleaning or service due to age.
